Hunter Residential Developments Inc. is proud to collaborate with realtor partners who drive the marketing and promotion of our properties, bring qualified prospects to our door, and help us deliver quality homes to our mutual clients.
It is our pleasure to pay realtors for marketing services by way of a sales commission. The commission is calculated at 3% for the first $100,000 of the pre-GST purchase price, and 1% for the balance, per sale, for purchase agreements written with their registered clients.
Commissions are payable ten days following the receipt of mortgage proceeds, and with a completed invoice from the realtor to Hunter Residential Developments Inc..
All purchase agreements – including those listed on the Multiple Listing Service – are written through the Hunter Residential Developments Inc. sales representative, and all inquiries should be directed to our sales representative prior to possession.
We extend an invitation to all realtors to preview our showhomes, register your clients in person with the Hunter Residential Developments Inc. sales representative and accompany the client on their first visit, plus subsequent visits as required or at your discretion. The terms of the registration remain in effect for a limited period until the expiry date on the registration form. It is recommended that the realtor obtains a copy of the completed and signed registration form for their records.
Referred clients must be introduced to a Hunter Residential Developments Inc. sales representative by the realtor at the initial meeting and entrance to Hunter properties. Realtor affiliation will not be acknowledged and commissions will not be paid to the realtor whose client contacts a Hunter Residential Developments Inc. sales representative directly without the realtor, or visits the property in person without the realtor present, prior to realtor registration.
Unless registered, it is assumed that all visitors to Hunter Residential Developments Inc.’s properties are a result of Hunter’s marketing efforts and cost – which includes signage, referrals, traditional and digital advertising, the operation and staffing of a showhome, and more.
Hunter Residential Developments Inc. will not honor a realtor affiliation where a realtor emails or calls ahead of a prospect visiting our properties, or instructs their client to register themselves as represented by a realtor without the realtor present.
