Construction Site Assistant

Hunter Residential Developments Inc. is a Multifamily/Condominium Builder. We have been building since 1999 and have completed projects in Edmonton, Red Deer and Calgary. We are searching for an individual who fits in with our progressive, ethical and positive company. This position is for the community of Southfork in Leduc, Alberta. The successful applicant will be able to multitask with high efficiency and be a self starter. Construction knowledge is a must. He/She will administer the day to day operations of a busy construction site office i.e. general office duties, communications with vendors, possession walkthroughs etc. The candidate will also be working with, and taking direction from, the Site Supervisor regarding the purchasing and scheduling processes required. This person must be proficient with MS Office as well as a working knowledge of construction software. Experience with the HomeFront Software package would be an asset but not necessary, however, becoming proficient with the HomeFront program is a must.
